Scope
This standard specifies the harvest and quality requirements for the ordinary storage and preservation of bulk leafy vegetables (water spinach, spinach, lettuce), the preparation of storage rooms before storage, pre-cooling and grading packaging, storage conditions and methods, and the requirements for storage management. This standard is applicable to the storage and preservation of fresh water spinach, spinach, and lettuce; lettuce, broccoli, and Shanghai green can refer to this standard for implementation.
