Scope

This part of GB/T 6113 specifies the measurement methods for radiation disturbance in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 18 GHz. For the description of measurement uncertainty, see CISPR TR16-4-1 and CISPR16-4-2.
Note: According to IEC Guide 107, CISPR16-2-3 is the basic electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standard used by IEC-affiliated product committees. As stated in IEC Guide 107, it is the responsibility of product committees to determine the applicability of EMC standards. CISPR and its sub-technical committees (corresponding to the SAC/TC 79 Technical Committee and its sub-technical committees in China) cooperate with these product committees in assessing the specific test value of their specific products. The aforementioned product committees correspond to the relevant product technical committees in China.
