GB/T 17626.3-2023 Electromagnetic compatibility—Testing and measurement techniques—Part 3:Radiated,radio-frequency,electromagnetic field immunity test

Scope

This document applies to the electromagnetic field radiation immunity requirements of electrical and electronic equipment, and specifies the test levels and necessary test procedures.
The purpose of this document is to establish the basis for evaluating the immunity of electrical and electronic equipment to radiofrequency electromagnetic field radiation. The test methods described in this document outline the method for assessing the conformity of equipment or systems to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields from radiofrequency sources of non-adjacent equipment under test (EUT). The test environment is clearly specified in Chapter 6.
Note 1: As stated in IEC GUIDE 107, this document is a basic electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) publication for use by product committees. At the same time, IEC GUIDE 107 stipulates that product committees are responsible for determining whether this immunity test standard is applicable. If applicable, they are responsible for determining the appropriate test levels and performance criteria. The National Electromagnetic Compatibility Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 246) and its branches cooperate with product committees to evaluate the test levels and performance criteria for specific immunity tests on their products.
Note 2: The immunity test for radiofrequency sources of adjacent EUTs is defined in IEC 61000-4-39.
Special attention is paid to protecting against radiofrequency radiation from digital wireless telephones and other radiofrequency transmitting devices.
Note 3: This document specifies test methods for evaluating the degree of impact on EUTs under electromagnetic radiation conditions. The simulation and measurement of electromagnetic radiation are not accurate enough to quantitatively determine this degree of impact. The purpose of the defined test methods is to establish a method for obtaining good reproducible measurement results for various EUTs for qualitative analysis.
