This guidance technical document specifies the design process and basis, design content, design verification, and design output requirements for native crystal rods and crystal products (including wafers and wafer-form products) of cerium-doped silicate scintillation crystals such as Ce:LYSO, Ce:LSO, and Ce:YSO. This guidance technical document is applicable to Ce:LYSO, Ce:LSO, and Ce:YSO cerium-doped silicate scintillation crystals, and can guide the design of native crystal rods and crystal products. The design of scintillation crystals such as Ce:LuYAP and Ce:GAGG can also be carried out in accordance with this guidance technical document.
