This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance provisions, and delivery preparations for cerium-doped inorganic oxide scintillation crystals such as cerium-doped yttrium lanthanum silicate (Ce:LYSO), cerium-doped lanthanum silicate (Ce:LSO), cerium-doped yttrium silicate (Ce:YSO), cerium-doped lanthanum aluminum silicate (Ce:LuYAP), and cerium-doped gadolinium aluminum gallium garnet (Ce:GAGG).
