Scope
This standard specifies the harvesting, quality requirements, grading, storage and management of fresh burdock before storage, as well as the technical requirements for removal from storage. This standard applies to the storage and preservation of burdock in Jiangsu Province, but it does not apply to storage in pits for preservation.
