This standard applies to the acceptance of projects such as agricultural land improvement, undeveloped land development, and land reclamation after natural disasters. The acceptance of other land improvement projects can be carried out with reference to this standard.

This standard specifies the principles, contents, methods, standards, and outcome requirements for the quality inspection and evaluation of land remediation projects. This standard applies to the quality inspection and evaluation of engineering construction of projects such as agricultural land remediation, the development of unused land, and the reclamation of land damaged by natural disasters. The quality inspection and evaluation of other land remediation projects can be carried out with reference to this standard. For the quality inspection and evaluation of projects such as housing, power transmission and distribution, and rock blasting in land remediation projects, the engineering quality inspection and evaluation standards of industries such as industrial and civil construction and electric power shall be implemented.

This standard specifies the organization of construction supervision for land remediation projects, supervision procedures, work content, and outcome requirements. This standard applies to the construction supervision of agricultural land remediation, the development of unused land, and the reclamation of land damaged by natural disasters. The construction supervision of other land remediation projects can be implemented with reference to this standard.
TD/T 1043.1-2013 Technical regulation on subsurface drainage and desalination soil—Part 1:Soil survey
This part of TD/T 1043 provides soil investigation parameters and indicators, as well as the measurement methods for each parameter, for the planning and design, construction management, monitoring and evaluation, and post-maintenance management of subsurface drainage improvement projects in saline-alkaline soils. It specifies the general procedures for soil investigation in subsurface drainage improvement areas, and provides investigation indicators for soil environment, physical and chemical properties, and hydrological characteristics. It also outlines the measurement methods for each investigation indicator and the preparation norms for soil investigation reports.
This part is applicable to soil investigation work aimed at improving saline-alkaline soils through subsurface drainage, as well as to the improvement and utilization of saline or salinized soils in northern China. It is also suitable for agricultural field subsurface drainage projects for flood prevention and dew removal. Under the condition of improving soil permeability, this part can guide the improvement and utilization of alkali soils by applying subsurface drainage to alkali reduction techniques.
