TD/T 1029-2010 Standard for evaluation of intensive use of development zone land

This regulation stipulates the work content, work procedures, technical methods, and result requirements for the evaluation of land intensive use in development zones.
This regulation applies to the evaluation of land intensive use in all types of development zones (except for tourism and resort areas) that are approved in accordance with the law. All types of development zones include economic and technological development zones, high-tech industrial development zones, bonded zones, export processing zones, border economic cooperation zones, and other types of national-level development zones, provincial-level economic development zones, and provincial-level high-tech industrial parks.
The evaluation of land intensive use in relevant areas of development zones can be carried out in accordance with this regulation.

This standard specifies the content and element classification of the evaluation database for the intensive use of land in development zones, the database structure, the naming rules for data files, the exchange format of data content, and metadata, etc.
This standard applies to the construction and data exchange of evaluation databases for the intensive use of land in all types of development zones (except for tourism and holiday resorts) that are approved in accordance with the law.

This standard specifies the element classification, element coding, positioning basis, data structure, file naming rules, data exchange format, and metadata of the municipal (regional) level land use master plan database.
This standard applies to the database construction and data exchange of municipal (regional) level land use master plan data. For the database construction and data exchange of central urban planning graphics in municipal (regional) level plans, the "Town (Township) Land Use Master Plan Database Standard" shall be implemented.
