Abstract
This standard provides guidance on establishing prevention and control systems for catering service units during the outbreak of infectious diseases, as well as on emergency response, personnel management, cleaning and disinfection, food raw material procurement, food processing, online ordering and delivery, meal provision and prevention and control publicity, and other operational safety measures. This standard applies to the epidemic prevention and control management of catering service units in Shanghai during the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases (epidemics).
