Abstract
This document specifies the basic requirements for food processing equipment, including descriptions of related hazards, technical requirements, verification of measures, and usage information. It analyzes the potential hazards that may arise when using such machinery and proposes corresponding design measures and requirements for usage information.
This document does not address safety risks caused by operators using the machinery.
Note: Examples of safety risks and solutions are provided in Appendix A.
