Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, acceptance and commissioning, safe operation, maintenance management, and other safety requirements for coke oven gas hydrogen production stations. This standard applies to coke oven gas hydrogen production systems. This standard does not apply to production systems for related processes such as methanol conversion gas, natural gas conversion gas, ammonia cracking gas, refinery gas, flare gas, and hydrogen production by water electrolysis.
