Scope
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for gaseous hydrogen in the processes of use, replacement, storage, compression and filling, discharge, as well as fire and emergency response, and safety protection.
This standard applies to all on-ground workplaces after the production of gaseous hydrogen, and does not apply to liquid hydrogen, gaseous hydrogen on water, hydrogen sites for aviation, and on-board hydrogen supply systems. The corresponding links in hydrogen production can be implemented as a reference.
