GB/T 19352-2025 Thermal spraying—Quality requirements for manufacturers of thermal sprayed coatings

Scope

This document specifies the key quality requirements for the manufacturing process of thermal spray coatings, including contracts, reviews, personnel, and inspections.
This document applies to thermal spray technology, including the pretreatment and post-treatment processes of the entire coating process during the manufacturing of new parts and maintenance and repair (such as post-service processing), including operations in the workshop and on-site construction.
Note: When using this document, there is no need to consider the effectiveness of quality management systems (such as GB/T 19001, GB/T 24001, and GB/T 45001). These systems involve the concepts and structures of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management, but are not within the scope of application of this document.
