Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: 5 Hardware Requirements 5.1 Communication Architecture Electric vehicle - AC charging pile - smart IoT energy meter - concentrator - two-way interactive communication architecture with the power grid, as shown in Figure 1. Here, the communication between the electric vehicle and AC charging pile should use the CC/CP communication method; between the AC charging pile and the smart IoT energy meter's orderly charging module, RS485 or CC/CP communication should be used; between the smart IoT energy meter and the concentrator, HPLC communication should be employed; and between the concentrator and the electricity information collection system, 4G/5G communication should be used. Figure 1: Electric vehicle - AC charging pile - smart IoT energy meter - concentrator - two-way interactive communication architecture 5.2 Hardware Communication Media For the communication link between the smart IoT energy meter, concentrator, and electricity information collection system, the original power metering communication link hardware media should be used. The communication medium between the AC charging pile and the smart IoT energy meter should preferably use twisted pair cables, supporting RS485 serial communication or CC/CP pulse width modulation control signal communication. 5.3 Hardware Communication Interfaces 5.3.1 The communication connection between the smart IoT energy meter's orderly charging module and the AC charging pile should use an SMA interface, supporting the switching between RS485 serial communication and CC/CP pulse width modulation control signal communication. 5.3.2 The AC charging pile should meet the technical requirements of NB/T 33002, and use an aviation plug and socket connector to connect to the smart IoT energy meter's orderly charging module. 5.3.3 The electric vehicle on-board charger should be able to control the CP signal voltage value to achieve information transmission. 5.3.4 For the communication
