Scope
GB/T 22720的本部分规定了由产生重复冲击电压的脉宽调制(PWM)变频器供电并在运行期间预期经受局部放电的单相或多相交流电机定子/转子绕组绝缘结构的评估准则。本部分规定了典型试样的电气鉴定试验，以验证其与电压型变频器的匹配程度。本部分还描述了新增的分级体系，该分级体系规定了绝缘结构在变频器供电条件下具有可靠性能的限值。
虽然本部分适用于电压型变频器，但也存在会产生重复冲击电压的其他类型变频器。对于这类变频器，可用类似方法进行试验。
仅在启动时使用电压型变频器的旋转电机不需要鉴定其绝缘结构，因此不在本部分的范围内。
