Scope

This document specifies the basic components and operating conditions, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents of the 230 MeV to 250 MeV superconducting proton cyclotron (hereinafter referred to as the "accelerator"). This document applies to superconducting proton cyclotrons with a proton energy of 230 MeV to 250 MeV and a beam intensity of 1 nA to 1,000 nA. This document does not apply to synchronous cyclotrons.
