本文件规定了电动汽车无线充电系统地面通信控制单元（CSU）与车载通信控制单元（IVU）、CSU与无线充电控制管理系统（WCCMS）之间实现无线充电控制的通信协议的一致性测试要求、一致性测试系统结构以及一致性测试方法。
本文件适用于A类和B类静态磁耦合无线充电系统，其他类型系统参照使用。系统供电电源额定电压最大值为1 000 V AC或1 500 V DC，额定输出电压最大值为1 000 V AC或1 500 V DC。
