Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the grid-connected operation control of photovoltaic power stations, as well as the requirements for operation management, power forecasting, power generation planning, active power control, reactive power control, relay protection and safe automatic device operation, power communication operation, dispatching automation operation, equipment maintenance, and accident recording and reporting.
This standard applies to new, renovated, and expanded photovoltaic power stations that are grid-connected at voltage levels of 35 kV and above, as well as those connected to the public grid at a voltage level of 10 kV.
