GB 21248-2014 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of copper metallurgical enterprise
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of copper smelting enterprises per unit of product, the scope of statistics, calculation methods, calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of copper smelting enterprises using copper concentrates, crude copper, and scrap copper as raw materials, as well as the control of energy consumption for new projects.
This standard does not apply to the crude copper smelting process for processing copper-containing electronic waste and the direct heap leaching process for copper-containing ores. The energy consumption indicators are not applicable to the comprehensive recovery of copper-containing waste materials within the enterprise.
