本标准规定了建筑外门窗气密、水密及抗风压性能的术语和定义、检测原理、检测装置、检测准备、气密性能检测、水密性能检测、抗风压性能检测、重复气密性能检测、重复水密性能检测和检测报告。
本标准适用于建筑外门窗的气密、水密、抗风压性能的试验室检测。检测对象只限于门窗或包含附框的门窗，不涉及其与建筑墙体等其他结构之间的接缝部位。
