Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for indium tin oxide (ITO) targets. This standard applies to indium tin oxide targets produced using 99.99% indium and tin as raw materials, which are used in the production of transparent conductive films.
