Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for rubber hoses and hose assemblies with a maximum inner diameter of 20mm for motor vehicles equipped with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems. The maximum working pressure of these hoses is 2.5MPa, and the operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C.
Note: If the hoses are used at temperatures above 80°C, such as in the engine compartment or when connecting the hoses to the exhaust pipe (for air-cooled engine evaporated gas), it must be proven that these hoses can withstand higher temperatures.
