Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage requirements for high-strength and high-modulus polyimide filaments. This standard applies to high-strength and high-modulus polyimide filaments with a linear density of 50 dtex to 3,000 dtex. High-strength and high-modulus polyimide filaments of other specifications can be used as a reference for application.
