Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of polyvinyl alcohol coated films, and describes the test methods.
This document is applicable to the production, inspection, and sales of films obtained by coating polyvinyl alcohol on substrates such as biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films, biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) films, biaxially oriented polyamide (BOPA) films, biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) films, and cast polypropylene (CPP) films.
