Scope
This document specifies the normal and special operating conditions, rated values, design and structure, inspection rules, information provided during inquiry, bidding, and ordering, transportation, storage, installation, operation, and maintenance rules for voltage transformers used in rail transit, as well as safety and the impact of the product on the environment. It also describes the relevant test methods.
This document applies to AC voltage transformers with an operating frequency of 50 Hz and rated voltages of 27.5 kV and 55 kV.
Note: Voltage transformers are mainly used in measurement devices and protection equipment.
