Scope

本文件规定了石油天然气管道输送系统用感应加热弯管的设计、材料、制造工艺、力学性能、试验和检验、标志、运输、储存及防护等要求。按本文件规定制作的弯管适用于符合GB 50251、GB 50253设计的天然气、原油及符合国家现行产品标准要求的成品油管道。本文件适用于以碳钢或低合金钢无缝钢管、高频焊管和直缝埋弧焊接钢管作为母管制造的感应加热弯管。注：这些材料都是典型的CMn钢或低合金钢，与GB/T 9711-2017和ISO 3183:2019管线钢管强度级别一致。本文件规定的感应加热弯管两个产品规范等级（PSL)与GB/T 9711-2017和ISO 3183:2019相对应。本文件不适用于采用其他工艺生产的管线用弯管。
