Scope
This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the determination of the residual amounts of avermectin drugs in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of the residual amounts of avermectin, ivermectin, and eprinomectin in beef and beef liver. The detection limit of the method specified in this standard is: 2μg/kg for avermectin drugs in beef liver and beef tissues.
