Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of multi-component hazardous gas detection alarms.
This standard applies to detectors or alarms (hereinafter referred to as "instruments") capable of simultaneously detecting two or more harmful gases within the People's Republic of China, except for those used in mines. Instruments used in other special venues may also refer to this standard unless otherwise specified in relevant standards.
