GB/T 16936-2007 Earth-moving machinery—Engine test code—Net power
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the test specifications for the net power of engines used in earthmoving machinery as defined in GB/T 8498. This standard is applicable to evaluating the performance of engines for earthmoving machinery, and is used to introduce the characteristic curves of power and fuel consumption rate against speed under full-load conditions. The engines can be naturally aspirated or turbocharged (using mechanical superchargers or turbochargers). This standard relates to internal combustion engines used in earthmoving machinery and the following types of internal combustion engines: - Reciprocating internal combustion engines (spark-ignited or compression-ignited) except for free-piston engines; - Rotary piston engines. Note: The engine power correction coefficients provided in this standard are consistent with ISO 1585:1992.
