Scope
This regulation applies to the design, construction, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of the following natural wastewater treatment projects: 1. Urban and rural wastewater with a treatment capacity of less than or equal to 10,000 m3/day; 2. Effluent from urban wastewater treatment plants with a capacity of less than or equal to 100,000 m3/day and surface water contaminated by organic matter; 3. Other wastewater with similar water quality characteristics.
