Scope
This part specifies the measurement method for the intrinsic pyroelectric coefficient of pyroelectric materials.
This part is applicable to the measurement of the pyroelectric coefficient of pyroelectric materials such as lithium tantalate, lead titanate, lead zirconate titanate, and lead niobate. This part is also applicable to the measurement of the pyroelectric coefficient of other ceramics, single crystals, and organic pyroelectric materials with a magnitude of more than 1×10-11C/(cm2·℃). This part is not applicable to the measurement of the pyroelectric coefficient of field-induced pyroelectric materials such as strontium titanate barium and lead scandate tantalate.
