Scope

This part specifies the measurement method of the dielectric loss angle tangent tanδ of pyroelectric ceramics, crystals, and organic materials in the range of 100 Hz to 100 kHz.
This part is applicable to measuring the dielectric loss angle tangent tanδ of pyroelectric ceramic materials such as lead titanate, lead zirconate titanate, strontium barium titanate, and lead scandate, as well as pyroelectric crystal materials such as lead niobate, lithium tantalate, and tri-glycine sulfate series. It is also applicable to measuring the dielectric loss angle tangent tanδ of other similar ceramics, crystals, and organic pyroelectric materials.
