GB 29138-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of monoammonium phosphate

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (referred to as "energy consumption") limits of solid ammonium phosphate fertilizer per unit product.
This standard applies to enterprises that use sulfuric acid, phosphate rock, and ammonia as raw materials to produce phosphoric acid using the dihydrate method, the hemihydrate method, or the hemihydrate-dihydrate method, as well as those that use the traditional method or the slurry method to produce ammonium phosphate. It also applies to the calculation, control, and assessment of energy consumption per unit product, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
This standard does not apply to ammonium phosphate produced using purchased commercial phosphoric acid, nor does it apply to the production of industrial-grade ammonium phosphate using phosphoric acid, ammonia, and other raw materials.
