Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, technical indicators, and comprehensive evaluation for the economic operation of industrial boilers.
This document applies to fixed boilers fueled by coal, oil, gas, or biomass, or powered by electricity, and using water or organic heat transfer media:
a) Steam boilers with a rated steam pressure of 0.1 MPa to less than 3.8 MPa;
b) Hot water boilers with a rated outlet pressure of 0.1 MPa or more and a rated thermal power of 0.1 MW or more;
c) Organic heat transfer boilers with a rated thermal power of 0.1 MW or more.
Non-power generation steam boilers with a rated steam pressure of 3.8 MPa or more shall refer to this document for implementation.
