本文件适用于稀土金属及其氧化物中钠含量的测定，包含火焰原子吸收光谱法（方法1)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（方法2)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法（方法3)。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定范围（质量分数)：0.000 5%～0.025%；电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定范围（质量分数)：0.010%～0.20%；电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定范围（质量分数)：0.000 5%～0.025%。
当本文件3个方法的分析范围出现重叠时，首选方法1作为仲裁方法。
