Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for smart visa stamping equipment for entry and exit documents, describes the testing methods, and establishes inspection rules.
This document applies to the design, production, testing, and acceptance of smart visa stamping equipment used for processing entry and exit permits for mainland residents to Hong Kong and Macao, and entry and exit permits to Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as "entry and exit documents").
