Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the synchronous generator speed regulation system model, parameter measurement and identification, simulation verification, and model parameter confirmation and stability check in the stability analysis and calculation of power systems.
This document is applicable to the parameter measurement and modeling of speed regulation systems of steam turbine generator sets (thermal power units, nuclear power units, solar thermal power units, etc.), hydroelectric generator sets (including pumped storage units), and gas turbine generator sets (including gas-steam combined cycle units). The parameters of other types of synchronous generators shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
