本文件规定了燃料电池发动机用冷却水泵的技术条件、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输及储存要求。
本文件适用于道路车辆使用且最大工作电压是B级电压的燃料电池发动机用冷却水泵（以下简称“冷却水泵”）。
注：B级电压是指最大工作电压大于交流30 V（有效值）且小于或等于交流1 000 V（有效值），或大于直流60 V且小于或等于直流1 500 V。
