This standard specifies the requirements for the construction of mushroom sheds, basic tools and hygiene requirements for the cultivation of Shunining flower mushrooms, as well as the requirements for raw materials, cultivation seasons, strain selection, culture medium preparation, three-dimensional cultivation, management, and harvesting techniques.
