Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for maintaining the emergency response capabilities within nuclear power plants, including requirements for training, drills, review and revision of emergency response plans and implementation procedures, as well as maintenance of emergency facilities, equipment, systems, and devices, and monitoring of the effectiveness of maintaining emergency response capabilities.
