GB 24849-2010 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for household and similar microwave ovens
GB 24849-2010 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for household and similar microwave ovens
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, energy efficiency limits, grill energy consumption limits, standby power and shutdown power limits, target energy efficiency limits, energy-saving evaluation values, test methods, and inspection rules for microwave ovens for household and similar use (hereinafter referred to as microwave ovens).
This standard applies to microwave ovens that use electromagnetic energy in the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) frequency band (2 450 MHz) and resistive heating elements for heating, with a rated input power of less than 2 500 W, including single-function microwave ovens, microwave ovens with combined grill functions, and microwave ovens with hot air convection grill functions.
This standard does not apply to commercial microwave ovens, industrial microwave ovens, and microwave ovens with range hoods.
