GB/T 2423的本部分规定了多输入多输出振动（以下简称：MIMO）试验方法的术语和定义、试验设备、试验方法与条件、信息要求、试验实施及结果分析的要求。
本部分适用于确定或验证在经受多激振器激励后样品的机械薄弱环节和/或特性降低情况。本试验方法也可用于验证样品的机械结构和功能完好性以及研究它们的动态特性。
