GB/T 2423.56-2018 Environmental testing—Part 2:Test methods—Test Fh:Vibration, broadband random and guidance

Scope

This part of GB/T 2423 provides test methods for random vibration standards, used to determine the ability of samples to resist dynamic loads without experiencing unacceptable functional degradation and/or overall structural integrity under specified random vibration tests. Wideband random vibration can be used to identify stress accumulation effects and degradation of specific functions. Combined with relevant specifications, this information can be used to evaluate whether samples are acceptable. This part applies to samples that may be subjected to random vibration during transportation or working environments, such as in aircraft, spacecraft, and land vehicles. It is primarily used for unpackaged samples and samples whose packaging is considered part of the sample itself during transportation. However, for packaged samples, the samples and their packaging are considered as a single sample. For tests on packaged samples, this part can be used in conjunction with GB/T 2423.43-2008. If samples are subjected to a combination of random and deterministic vibrations during transportation or actual survival cycle environments, such as in aircraft, spacecraft, and container transport, it is not sufficient to test the samples solely under random conditions. Refer to GB/T 2424.26-2008 to estimate the dynamic vibration environment of the samples and select appropriate test methods on this basis. This part is primarily applicable to electrical and electronic products, but also applies to products in other fields (see Appendix A).
