Scope

GB/T 2423的本部分提供了随机振动标准的试验方法，用以确定样品在承受规定的随机振动试验下未出现不可接受的功能退化和（或）整体结构的符合性的前提下抵抗动态载荷的能力。宽带随机振动可以用来识别应力累积效应和特定功能的退化。这些信息和相关规范相结合，可以用来评定样品是否可接收。本部分适用于在运输或工作环境中可能遭受随机振动的样品，如在飞机、太空飞船和陆地交通工具中，它主要用于没有包装的样品，以及在运输过程中其包装作为样品本身一部分的样品。但是，对于已包装的样品，则将样品连同其包装视作样品。对于带包装样品的试验，本部分可以和GB/T 2423.43-2008共同使用。若样品在运输或实际生存周期环境中承受随机和确定性的混合振动，如在飞机、航天器和集装箱运输中，仅以单纯的随机情况来检验该样品是不够的。参照GB/T 2424.26-2008估计样品动态振动环境，并在此基础上选择合适的试验方法。本部分主要适用于电工电子产品，也适用于其他领域的产品（参见附录A）。
