This document specifies the requirements for the first-level probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) of internal fires during power operation. This document is applicable to the first-level PSA of internal fires during power operation in pressurized water nuclear power plants. Nuclear power plants of other reactor types can refer to it for implementation. This document does not address factors related to explosion prevention.
