Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the first-level probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) of nuclear power plants during power operation in the event of an internal flooding, ensuring the standardization of model development for PSA of nuclear power units with different design schemes, so that their quality meets the requirements. This document is applicable to the first-level PSA of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants during power operation. Nuclear power plants of other reactor types may refer to it for implementation.
