Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for tensile, shear, bending, bonding, impact, adhesion, and hardness of composite steel plates. This standard applies to the mechanical and process performance tests of single-sided and double-sided composite steel plates (hereinafter referred to as composite steel plates) manufactured by rolling, explosive welding, cladding, diffusion, casting, explosive rolling, cladding rolling, diffusion rolling, and casting rolling, etc., with steel plates as the base material and stainless steel or non-ferrous metals and alloys as the composite material. For other metal composite plates, the standard can also be implemented as a reference.
