Scope
This document stipulates the inspection procedures that the buyer needs to use without prior agreement, and also specifies the arbitration acceptance procedures for accepting or rejecting the inspection batch when the buyer and the supplier cannot reach an agreement or have disputes over the conformity of the technical specifications.
This document applies to the inspection and acceptance of bolts, screws, studs, nuts, etc., which are safety-critical items used in nuclear power plants and delivered or intended to be delivered by the manufacturer.
