GB/T 41157.3-2022 Fasteners for nuclear power plants—Part 3:Bolts,screws and studs made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and applicability of inspections for Class 1, 2, and 3 stainless steel bolts, screws, and studs (hereinafter referred to as Class 1, 2, and 3 stainless steel bolts, screws, and studs) used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, as well as their test methods and marking and packaging at room temperature and high temperatures.
Note 1: The product dimensions shall be in accordance with the corresponding product standards or drawings.
This document applies to Class 1, 2, and 3 stainless steel bolts, screws, and studs:
a) made of austenitic stainless steel (in the solid solution state and cold hardening state), martensitic stainless steel, or precipitation hardening stainless steel;
b) conforming to the ordinary thread specifications defined in GB/T 192 and GB/T 196;
c) coarse-tooth thread M5~M64, fine-tooth thread M8×1~M64×4;
d) conforming to the diameter and pitch combination specified in GB/T 193;
e) conforming to the tolerance specifications defined in GB/T 197 and GB/T 9145.
This document does not apply to set screws and similar non-tensioned threaded fasteners (see GB/T 3098.3).
This document does not specify the following performance requirements:
——Weldability;
——Corrosion resistance;
——Shear stress resistance;
——Torque clamping force performance;
——Fatigue resistance.
Other types of nuclear power plants may also refer to this document for the use of Class 1, 2, and 3 stainless steel bolts, screws, and studs.
Note 2: The maximum operating temperature of the fasteners produced in accordance with this document is 370 ℃. When the operating temperature exceeds 370 ℃, it is recommended that users consult experts in the relevant field.
