本文件规定了含无铅焊料和无铅管脚的系统性能的试验方法、试验规程和说明事项等内容。
本文件适用于航空航天及国防电子系统向无铅焊料过渡的产品，其他高性能、高可靠性电子行业可参考使用。
注： 向无铅焊料过渡的产品包括：
——已通过传统铅锡电子元器件、材料和组装工艺的设计和鉴定，但正在使用无铅元器件进行重新鉴定的产品；
——采用锡铅设计转换为无铅焊料的产品；
——采用无铅焊料新设计的产品；
——组装焊接级产品，即印制板组装件级产品。
