GB/T 17215.321-2008 Electricity metering equipment(a.c.)—Particular requirements—Part 21:Static meters for active energy(classes 1 and 2)

Scope

This part of GB/T 17215 is only applicable to newly manufactured stationary active energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters) with accuracy grades of Level 1 and Level 2, which are used to measure AC active energy in 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks, and it is only applicable to their type tests. This part is only applicable to indoor and outdoor use of stationary energy meters with an accessory transformer, which are equipped with a measuring element and one or more counters in the same case. It is also applicable to one or more working indicators and one or more test outputs. If the meter has a measuring element for measuring more than one type of energy (multi-energy meters), or when other functional units, such as maximum demand indicators, electronic tariff registers, time switches, ripple control receivers, data communication interfaces, etc., are enclosed in the same case, the corresponding standards are also applicable to these functional units.
